Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Brooklyn, New York. Please allow 24-48 hrs for your order to process excluding weekends and major holidays.

The Great Eros offers free domestic shipping via USPS Priority and First Class Mail. For faster shipping choose 3 Day or Next Day shipping at checkout and the shipping charges will be automatically calculated. Shipping costs are Non-Refundable. Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box.

Delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by stock availability or shipping services.

We offer in-store pickup at our Brooklyn store. Please make a note at checkout if you like to pick up and we will reach out via email when your order is available. Please come prepared with proof of purchase and a valid photo ID.

We utilize DHL services for all International packages. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier office.

Please read and accept the Customs Policy below before you place your order: If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to customs charges the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore your order is not eligible for a refund.

**The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging any item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable**

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package. Returns and Exchanges

All sale and special promotion items are non-refundable.

We gladly accept returns on unworn, unsoiled, repackaged goods. Due to the intimate nature of our goods, we are not able to accept returns on lingerie bottoms, bodysuits, swim bottoms, socks/hosiery, sensual objects, scents, beauty products, slippers and jewelry.

For online order returns, please email within 14 days of receiving goods for a return shipping label and ship your return within 5 days of receiving your label. All eligible in-store purchases must be returned within 14 days of original purchase date.

You may email us at orders@thegreateros.com with your order number and Returns as the subject (Order # Returns). Please include the reason for your return, along with the merchandise style name in the body of the email. Upon receiving your email, we will send you a prepaid UPS shipping label.
