I'm currently working on releasing my perfectionism, so although I have a list of "ideal" things I like to do each morning, I let myself organically lean into whichever feels best for the day. I try to be kind to myself if all I do is stretch in bed.

Learning to take a breath, or two, or three days, before responding to something. Giving space has been a huge growth process for me.
Well-Being for me is living authentically, and taking care of yourself. Wellness, self-care practices, and spirituality are a huge part of my daily routine. Whether it's manifestation work, kundalini, yoga, breath work, skincare rituals, or getting out into nature, I try to listen to my intuition and give myself the freedom to experience what I need in that moment to ground, grow, and expand.
I have various people who I admire for different reasons. I think it's important to allow people to show you a fragment of something that inspires you to expand, rather than requiring people to embody everything in all capacities. For example, I can be inspired by someone's work ethic and business growth, without needing them to also have a perfect romantic relationship to mirror my own hopes and desires there.
Everyday I spend at least 20 minutes "working" on myself, and sometimes even as much as 4 hours. As I said before, I'm a recovering perfectionist so I'm trying to lean in to letting things unfold in divine timing, rather than leaking all my energy.
Work smarter, not harder!
