First thing I did this morning was drink glass of water, stretch, and text my mom.
I smudge my apartment most mornings and I make a French press coffee.
On important days when I need to have extra brain power I make myself a really intense breakfast.
There's always going to be hot sauce, oat milk, and scallions in my kitchen. I put scallions on everything. Scallions are highly underrated.
In theory, yoga and Pilates are my favorite forms of movement. I can't work out at home anymore, there's a bed here and I'm a Taurus moon.
States of being are always in such fluctuation, but well being is an aspirational state.
To me, it means the level of comfort and ease that comes with a well lived life.
